REFUND POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under the following conditions: Order Cancellations: If you cancel your cake order 7 days or more before the scheduled delivery or pickup date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 4 to 6 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled delivery or pickup date will not be eligible for a refund. Quality Concerns: If your cake or baked goods are damaged or not up to the expected quality upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or offer a refund based on the situation. Late Delivery or Pickup: If your cake is not delivered or ready for pickup at the scheduled time, we will either refund you or offer a rescheduled delivery at no extra charge, depending on the situation.
