Our Policies & Guidelines

  • Appointments are encouraged to ensure timely service, especially during busy times. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee availability without an appointment.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your service. Late arrivals may experience shortened sessions or rescheduling.
  • For your safety and comfort, please turn off your phone or use it quietly during your appointment. Our barbers need your full attention to deliver the best service.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • We maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for all our clients. Disruptive behavior or disrespect toward staff or other customers will not be tolerated.
  • If you have any allergies or sensitivities to products used in the barbershop, please let your barber know before your service begins.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and we ask that they remain seated during their visit for safety reasons.
  • We accept cash, card, and mobile payment options for services. Tips are appreciated for excellent service and are at the customer’s discretion.
